At last an honest chat about the real relationship between editorial and commercial. Thanks Ali for explaining the value of being part of the Fintech Finance family. The reality for many trade press is that the line is ever thinner. Tech companies need to be considering their earned and paid activity in much closer consultation and collaboration with PR agencies. 

What else can you do to stand out as a thought-leader?  Don’t try and talk about everything in your sector… stand for something. Have an opinion. Have a personality. Know your topic but also know your region. Be very, VERY, responsive.
