Pendo – a US product management platform of unicorn status – wanted to grow media awareness of their brand and offering across major European markets. There were two major challenges: battling for share of voice in a competitive media landscape, and educating journalists who broadly had low knowledge of the relatively niche product management topic!

To tackle the challenge of sitting in a niche, team With knew we needed to come up with a bold narrative platform. As product management is driven by heads of innovation, we created a storytelling platform around ‘The Economics Of Innovation’. Tackling this from a macro perspective allowed us to land Tier 1 business media across the UK, France and Germany in Business Insider, Handesblatt and Le Blog Du Moderateur, as well as digital transformation titles like Business Cloud and IT Social.
